3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Synergy Health Plans (e.g., for migration updates, account notifications, or appointment reminders), the following terms apply:

• Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Synergy Health Plans related to your coverage transition. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transition status.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 9.
• Help: Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us at the phone number or email listed in Section 9.
• Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Data Sharing for Text Marketing: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested SMS/text communication services related to your coverage transition and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, consistent with Section 3 above.
